Our History

We are the contemporary phase of a long journey that began in 1908, in Bucharest, Romania. Leopold Blum began the Blum family tradition of trading with the world by founding a small trading company.

1950

In 1950, Marcel Blum founded his company in Brazil, experiencing rapid growth. He began importing from Europe and distributing essential raw materials that contributed to the development of Brazilian industry. Some of the most relevant suppliers were industrial giants of the time.

1971

In 1971, the company began exporting original and replacement Brazilian automotive parts from Brazil to the entire world, maintaining a leading position in the segment for 25 years. During this period, it diversified its portfolio and began exporting Caloi bicycles, Lacta chocolates, Milktex, Tramontina, Antarctica, Darling Lingerie, Melissa, Duchas Corona, Moretzohn Tools, Personal Protective Equipment and several other worldwide renowned brands.

1997

In 1997, Target International was officially founded. Our mission was to face the challenge of optimizing international trade operations, with the skills needed for the economic scenario and globalization.

2020

Upon the international health crisis that began in 2020, we initiated contacts with international manufacturers of healthcare equipment, aiming to import and distribute them in Brazil to support the fight against Covid-19.

Since then, Target International has been consolidating itself in the market due to its know-how and efficiency in meeting the needs of its customers.

Nowadays, we negotiate with the world to serve our customers. We promote international trade in products, buying and selling on all continents.
